全球可持续发展背景下，再生金属行业重要性提升。随着资源短缺与需求增长的矛盾加剧，各国加大对该行业的政策和技术投入，推动绿色经济。日本作为亚洲再生资源重要基地，拥有先进技术（如铝灰处理）和闭环回收模式，计划扩大电子垃圾回收规模。但本土再生铝消化能力有限，需拓展海外市场；再生铜产能也正在同步扩张。中美贸易问题也凸显了供应链稳定的必要性。

在此背景下，峰会以"低碳之音，全球共鸣"为主题，2026年5月25-26日，第三届全球再生金属产业链高峰论坛将在日本大阪举行。

Against the backdrop of global sustainable development, the importance of the recycled metals industry has grown significantly. As the contradiction between resource scarcity and rising demand intensifies, countries are increasing policy and technological investments in this sector to advance the green economy. Japan, a key hub for recycled resources in Asia, possesses advanced technologies (such as aluminum dross processing) and closed-loop recycling models, and plans to expand its e-waste recycling capacity. However, its domestic capacity for recycled aluminum is limited, necessitating the expansion of overseas markets; recycled copper production capacity is also expanding concurrently. Trade issues between China and the United States have further underscored the necessity of supply chain stability.

Against this backdrop, the Third Global Recycled Metal Industry Chain Summit will convene in Osaka, Japan, on May 25-26, 2026, under the theme “Low-Carbon Voice, Global Resonance.”
