中伟股份已在印尼建设20万金吨镍产能

近日,中伟股份在《2024年半年度业绩预告》中对公司的一体化布局,尤其是广受关注的印尼镍产业项目情况进行了披露。预告显示,目前中伟在印尼建立镍资源冶炼四大原料生产基地,建成及在建产能规模达 20 万金属吨。印尼镍产能的建设和落地充分保障了公司前驱体所需的镍原料,且供应充足、自主可控,中伟暂不考虑在其他地区建设镍原料基地。

Recently, CNGR highlighted its integrated layout, specifically the highly anticipated nickel matte projects in Indonesia, during its “2024 Half-Yearly Results Preview”. CNGR is constructing four major raw material production sites in Indonesia, with a focus on nickel material smelting. The combined annual capacity of completed and under-construction facilities has already reached 200,000 metal tonnes of Nickel materials. The investments in nickel production capacity ensure a reliable supply of raw materials for CNGR's precursor production, with no consideration of establishing additional production sites in other region at present.

By implementing technological innovations and establishing industrial sites, CNGR has effectively advanced the development of its Core Unit for Nickel Resource Assurance and the diversification of its nickel products, ensuring a secure, stable and sustainable supply of nickel raw materials.

在技术创新上,中伟印尼在镍冶炼方面全球首次工业化应用OESBF(富氧侧吹炉)工艺,与其他工艺相比,OESBF工艺在能耗及碳排放、生产能力、原料适应性等方面具有相当的优势。在能耗上,OESBF工艺无“热-电-热”转化过程,能源利用效率更高;在生产能力和原料适应性上,该工艺对红土镍矿品位要求低,单位生产率高,镍回收率高达93%以上,并可回收伴生钴;在排放物上,该工艺冶炼渣可用于建筑材料,无环境污染风险,实现再利用。

In the realm of technological innovation, CNGR has achieved a groundbreaking milestone by successfully implementing the Oxygen Enriched Side Blow Furnace (OESBF) process for Nickel smelting in Indonesia—the first instance worldwide. Compared to other methods, this process offers significant advantages across several key areas. First, in terms of energy consumption, the OESBF process eliminates the need for the “heat-electricity-heat” conversion step, resulting in higher energy use efficiency. Second, this innovative approach enhances both production capacity and raw material flexibility. It boasts low-grade requirements for nickel laterite ores, ensuring adaptability and high productivity per unit. Remarkably, the process allows a nickel recovery rate exceeding 93%, with associated cobalt also being recoverable. Additionally, in terms of waste, the smelting slag from this process can be repurposed for building materials without any risk of environmental pollution.

在产业基地方面,中伟股份已在印尼建立四大镍原料产业基地,建成及在建产能规模达20万金属吨。2021年,中伟股份在印尼苏拉威西岛启动建设莫罗瓦利产业基地,这既是中伟的第一个海外产业基地,也是中伟首个镍原料保障基地。

In the realm of industrial sites, CNGR has set up four major nickel raw material sites in Indonesia, with a combined completed and under-construction capacity of 200,000 metal tonnes. In 2021, CNGR initiated the construction of the Morowali industrial site in Sulawesi, Indonesia. This marks both CNGR’s inaugural overseas industrial site and its primary nickel raw material security hub.

此后,中伟印尼纬达贝产业基地、南加里曼丹产业基地、北莫罗瓦利产业基地三个基地先后启动,到今年上半年,除南加里曼丹产业基地外,其他三大镍原料基地均已成功投产,其中纬达贝产业基地的5.5万金吨镍产线已实现满产,莫罗瓦利产业基地、北莫罗瓦利产业基地产线正处于产能爬坡阶段,今年,这两大产业基地的首批次镍产品合计超万吨先后运抵中伟国内工厂。

Since then, all three other industrial sites in Indonesia—Weda Bay, South Kalimantan, and North Morowali—have been sequentially commissioned. By the first half of 2024, apart from the South Kalimantan site, the remaining three nickel raw material sites have successfully commenced production. Notably, the 55 kt of Nickel content production line at the Weda Bay site has reached its full production capacity. Meanwhile, the production lines at the Morowali and North Morowali sites are currently ramping up. This year, the first batch of nickel products from these two industrial sites, with total over 10,000 tonnes, has been shipped to CNGR’s precursor factories in China.
