赣州云昇锡业有限公司于2017年12月注册成立，注册地址为赣州市南康区龙岭镇工业管理区西区。公司以锡金属加工、销售；有色金属粉末、锡附属产品生产、销售；金属材料、木材建筑装潢、矿产品、机械设备销售；货物及技术进出口业务为主要业务。在2017年正式注册成立后，目前公司以锡锭、矿产品销售为主，大力拓展上下游相关产业，下游覆盖范围广，有太阳能光伏、蓄电池、电子焊锡、锡化工、马口铁、镀锡铜线、锡合金、等优质企业客户，业务合作方区域主要遍及在上海、江苏、浙江、江西、广东、福建等地。坚持实现企业快速、稳定、健康地发展。

赣州云昇锡业有限公司于2005年开始经营锡、钨生产贸易，2016年开始从事锡锭贸易，目前主营锡矿、锡锭、粗锡、锡二次料等锡原材料产业链。
