Summit Background
近年来，在全球 “双碳” 目标驱动与消费市场需求升级的双重作用下，新能源汽车产业驶入发展快车道，产销量持续呈现爆发式增长态势。与之相伴而生的，是动力电池进入规模化退役周期，退役电池数量急剧攀升，其规范回收、梯次利用与材料再生，已成为保障新能源产业链闭环发展、实现资源高效循环的关键环节。
据行业权威机构预测，到 2030 年，我国动力电池回收市场规模将突破 1400 亿元，产业发展潜力巨大。但与此同时，行业也面临着技术标准统一、回收体系建设、资源再生效率提升、政策法规落地等多重挑战，亟需搭建一个高水平的交流合作平台，凝聚产学研用多方力量，破解发展难题。
在此背景下，由 ACI 咨询、零碳再生圈主办的BRS第五届中国国际动力电池回收峰会定于 2026 年 4 月 20-21 日在上海召开。峰会立足行业发展前沿，聚焦动力电池回收领域的最新技术突破、政策法规导向及产业发展趋势，旨在通过深度的国际合作与学术交流，打通产业链上下游壁垒，推动技术创新与模式升级，助力动力电池回收产业迈向规范化、高值化、可持续发展的新阶段。
