以资源循环的方式实现低碳,以低碳的方式实现资源循环,湖南锐异资环科技有限公司成立于中国的节能减排议程进入关键期的2017年,是一家由中南大学冶金学院的刘维教授和研究人员抱着引领传统行业技术创新和设备升级来实现低碳生产的愿景联合创立的一家高新技术企业。从2018年第一家采用湖南锐异富氧侧吹熔池熔炼+低温熔炼专利技术的再生铅清洁回收生产线在安徽首太工业园完成安装调试并顺利投产,目前湖南锐异设计和建造的低碳清洁铅冶炼厂超过了22家,累计实现低碳清洁回收的再生铅将近400万吨,占据中国整个再生铅行业新建产能的70%。相比传统的铅冶炼厂,这些采用世界最新的冶炼技术新建的厂污染物的排放削减了将近80% ,能耗削减了将近30%到40%,生产成本降低三分之一左右,铅回收率显著提高[1] ,全厂高度智能化自动化,回收有价金属的过程中对环境的影响和对人体的潜在危害也都得到有效的消除和控制。

Use low-carbon methods for resource recycling, and achieve low carbon through resource recycling, Hunan RE Technology Co., Ltd(RE TECH). was founded in 2017 when China's energy conservation and emission reduction agenda entered a critical phase. RE TECH is a high-tech enterprise jointly founded by researchers holding the vision that traditional industries must achieve low-carbon production through technological innovation and equipment upgrading. Since its establishment, the company has used independently developed oxygen-enriched side-blown molten pool smelting + low-temperature smelting technology to recycle lead nearly 4 million tons, accounting for 70% of the new production capacity of China's entire secondary lead industry; RE patented oxygen-enriched side-blown molten pool smelting + low-temperature smelting was adopted in Anhui Shoutai Industrial park to establish a new 200,000t/y lead smelting plant,which has been successfully installed, commissioned and put into operation in 2018. Since then, RE TECH has designed and built more than 22 intelligent low-carbon lead smelting plants. Compared with traditional lead smelters, the emissions of pollutants from these new plants have been reduced nearly 80%, energy consumption has been reduced by nearly 30% to 40%, the production cost has been reduced by one-third,lead recovery rate has reached highest level,the entire factory is highly intelligent and automated, and potential harm to the environment and to the human body in the process of recycling have been effectively eliminated and controlled.
