新乡市中联富氧侧吹技术开发有限公司是专门研发推广转让侧吹熔炼技术的高新技术公司。2001年新乡中联公司引进并建造了1.5 m2侧吹炉,陆续投入五千余万元用于侧吹炉炼铅试验。经过4年30多次开炉试验取得成功,开创了在世界上用富氧侧吹炉工业化炼铅的先河,形成了具有自主知识产权的富氧侧吹熔炼技术,为我国乃至世界的铅冶炼技术发展作出了贡献。2022年公司为了更好的发展,由盛屯矿业集团股份有限公司购入65%股份并控股,致力于开发镍铁、冰镍、低品位红土镍矿等冶炼工艺,并在山东临沂投资建设了一台专门用于试验开发的侧吹炉中试装置,截止目前已完成第一阶段的实验,并取得了预期的实验结果。
Located at Xinxiang Economic Development Zone, Xinxiang Zonelead Oxygen Enrichment Side Blowing Technology Co., Ltd. is a Hi-Tech Company dedicated to the development, rollout and transfer of side blowing melting technology. We introduced and built one set of 1.5m2 side blowing furnace at 2001, and invested over CNY 50 million on the lead-making test by such furnace after that. We have made such a success after over 30 times of tests in the past four years, that making us the pioneer in the lead smelting industrialization by side blowing furnaces in the world. We have the proprietary intellectual property rights in the oxygen enrichment side blowing technology. This contributed to the development of lead smelting technology in China and the world. Chengtun Mining Holdings Co., Ltd. purchased 65% of our share in 2022 to pursue better development. We endeavor to develop the smelting processes of ferronickel, nickel matte, and low-grade laterite nickel ore, so that we invested to build a pilot plant of side blowing furnace at Linyi, Shandong. We have finished out phase 1 tests and got what we want until now.
