青岛海尔新材料研发有限公司成立于2001年4月，位于海尔胶州国际工业园区内，是海尔集团与道恩集团的合资公司。公司致力于高性能通用塑料、专用工程塑料、特殊性能改性工程塑料等产品的研发、生产和销售。

公司产品涵盖ABS、PP、PS、PVC等通用塑料改性及PC、PA、PPO、PPS等工程塑料改性，已建立了阻燃、增强、耐候、高光、免喷涂、生物降解等多个系列塑料改性技术体系。公司坚持以客户需求为导向，在家电、汽车、电子电气、储能、OA、环保卫材、通信等行业为客户提供全流程的最佳体验。

公司成立以来保持稳定增长。根据公司发展规划，在胶州市上合示范区投建海纳新工厂及俄罗斯联邦鞑靼斯坦共和国叶拉布加市投建道恩英德尔工厂，2023年投入使用。2024年公司在胶州胶西设立长玻纤生产基地，3月份正式投产。

Founded in April 2001, Qingdao Haier New Material R&D Co., Ltd. is located in Haier Jiaozhou International Industrial Park. It is a joint venture between Haier Group and Dow Group. The company focuses on the R&D, production and sales of high-performance general plastics, special engineering plastics and specially modified engineering plastics.

Our product portfolio covers modified general plastics such as ABS, PP, PS and PVC, as well as modified engineering plastics including PC, PA, PPO and PPS. We have built multiple technical systems for plastic modification, including flame retardancy, reinforcement, weather resistance, high gloss, spray-free coating and biodegradation. Customer-oriented, we provide full-process optimal solutions for industries such as home appliances, automobiles, electronics & electricals, energy storage, OA equipment, environmental protection building materials and communications.

The company has maintained steady growth since establishment. In accordance with corporate development plans, we have built the Hainar new plant in Jiaozhou Demonstration Zone and the Dow Imerys plant in Yolochka of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation, both put into operation in 2023. In 2024, the long glass fiber production base was set up in Jiaozhou Jiaoxi and formally launched production in March.
