[Vietnam] Vietnam’s imported HRC price fell to around USD 521/tonne CFR, while buyer bids declined further to USD 510-513/tonne CFR. Weak seasonal demand and maintenance at some mills continued to limit import activity, although domestic sales improved after prices were cut to USD 526-529/tonne CIF.
