2017年投入使用的研发车间，同时具备高压、低压产品试制和工艺研发的能力，确保模具设计及工艺的合理性，实现模具快速试制和量产。

Superband has a team of experienced R&D professionals, providing one-stop integrated services including material R&D, product design and development, mold design & manufacturing, in-house trial production, and process research, to meet diversified customer demands.

The R&D workshop put into operation in 2017 is capable of trial production and process development for both high-pressure and low-pressure casting products. It ensures the rationality of mold design and manufacturing processes, and enables rapid mold prototyping and mass production.
