佛山砚青助力打造SMM《2025年全球工业铝挤压材采购指南》

2024年，中国工业铝型材在新能源汽车（销量预计突破1200万辆）、航空航天、低空经济等领域的应用持续增长，但行业也面临原料价格高企且波动频繁、技术瓶颈、国际贸易摩擦、出口退税取消等等多重挑战。2025年，当前铝型材行业迎来三大增长机遇：国家力推的"低空经济"开辟全新应用场景；新能源汽车持续放量（2024年产销数量均突破1200万辆）带动电驱壳、门槛梁等部件用铝需求激增；为规避贸易壁垒，产业链加速向东南亚、墨西哥等海外市场布局。这些趋势正重塑行业增长格局。

为此，上海有色网（SMM）聚焦产业发展方向，同时联合产业链各大协会、机构，共同携手为铝材产业链隆重推出《2025年全球工业铝挤压材采购指南》。

佛山市华加意设备有限公司2007年9月成立，2018年10月转为成立佛山市砚青智能装备有限公司。公司创始人深耕铝材行业三十五年，熟悉铝材加工整套工序工艺，尤其擅长铝材行业装备维护管理、技改升级、开发应用。我司具有技术前瞻性、创新能力强，硬件设计制造、软件开发应用齐头并进。2015年，我司获得国家发明专利《全自动智能化控制立式氧化电泳生产设备》授权，该发明如今仍是铝材氧化生产线主流技术。

我司学习吸收国外先进技术，结合参考国内铝型材厂家意见和需求，按工业4.0高标准，经多年艰苦研发，于2015年推出《全自动智能叠框式铝型材成品仓》，受到行业热烈欢迎。随后相继向市场推出多种先进智能装备系统，并获得三十多项发明专利、实用新型专利和二十多项软著权证书，为《中国制造2025》做出应有的贡献。

Foshan Huajiayi Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in September 2007. In October 2018, it was restructured and became Foshan Yanqing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The company’s founder has been deeply involved in the aluminum industry for 35 years and is well-versed in the complete set of aluminum processing procedures and technologies. He is particularly skilled in equipment maintenance management, technical transformation and upgrades, and application development within the aluminum industry. Our company is characterized by forward-looking technology and strong innovation capabilities, with parallel advancement in both hardware design and manufacturing as well as software development and application. In 2015, we were granted a national invention patent for the “Fully Automatic Intelligent Controlled Vertical Oxidation and Electrophoresis Production Equipment”, which remains a mainstream technology in aluminum oxidation production lines to this day.

We have studied and absorbed advanced foreign technologies while integrating feedback and needs from domestic aluminum profile manufacturers. Following the high standards of Industry 4.0 and through years of rigorous research and development, we launched the “Fully Automatic Intelligent Stack-Frame Aluminum Profile Finished Goods Warehouse” in 2015, which was enthusiastically received by the industry. Subsequently, we introduced several other advanced intelligent equipment systems to the market，We have obtained more than 30 invention and utility model patents, as well as over 20 software copyright certificates, contributing actively to the goals of “Made in China 2025.”
